Supporting customers through integrated EPPC capabilities

We provide end-to-end solutions that cover not only the manufacturing of Monolithic Refractories,
but also furnace wall design, auxiliary material procurement, and installation.

設計 EngineeringLeveraging extensive experience to deliver optimized engineering solutions

  • Engineering to maximize the performance of Monolithic Refractories

Drawing on data and know-how accumulated from numerous projects, we design refractory linings tailored to each facility’s operating conditions and requirements.
Using techniques such as FEM (finite element method) analysis to simulate heat flow and temperature distribution, we determine the optimal wall thickness and configuration that balance durability, workability, and safety at a high level.
We contribute to reduced lifecycle costs and stable operation by providing consistent design and installation — from new construction to repairs — that fully unleashes the potential performance of Monolithic Refractories.

  • On-site diagnosis by design engineers and optimized repair proposals

Our design engineers visit customer sites to inspect equipment and conduct a detailed assessment of refractory damage, temperature conditions, and actual operating conditions.
Based on the causes of damage and the actual operating conditions, we propose the most appropriate repair methods for each facility.
Many of our engineers hold the API 936 qualification for refractory inspection and quality control issued by the American Petroleum Institute, enabling us to deliver high‑quality inspection and quality management that support safe and stable operation.

  • Development of proprietary installation methods and gunning equipment

Plibrico has developed proprietary installation methods and gunning machines, including the P・JET-AD method and the Need Gun 400R.
For gunning applications, we have developed dedicated high-density materials that minimize the required amount of added water, together with low‑rebound nozzles featuring optimized nozzle design.
We are also advancing non‑destructive inspection technologies that enable quantitative evaluation of internal wall temperature conditions, damage, and remaining thickness, further supporting safe and efficient operation.

生産 Production Pursuing high quality and rapid response to diverse customer needs in Monolithic Refractory production

  • High product quality and a broad product lineup backed by strict raw‑material control and quality inspection

Since introducing monolithic refractories in 1954, we have supplied a wide range of monolithic refractory products tailored to diverse customer requirements across many industries. All raw materials are tested against strict criteria and are fully traceable. Using only carefully selected materials, we manufacture products with consistently high quality on a made-to-order basis. Throughout the production process, dedicated inspection specialists perform checks at each stage to ensure stable and reliable quality.
With efficient production systems and the capacity to support short delivery times, we are able to respond quickly even to urgent orders.

  • Product development aligned with customer needs

By combining various refractory raw materials, we develop Monolithic Refractories optimized for different requirements, equipment conditions, and installation methods. Because we handle both design and installation in‑house and have a deep understanding of on‑site conditions, we are able to develop products that excel in both workability and durability.
Our researchers regularly visit job sites and communicate directly with customers, continuously striving to create better products that closely reflect their needs.

  • Large‑scale installation trials that replicate actual field conditions

During product development, we carry out large‑scale installation trials using methods such as gunning and pumping. These tests are conducted under conditions that closely replicate the actual job site— including equipment, environment, and atmosphere—so that we can verify workability and drying behavior and provide customers with reliable, proven performance.

調達 ProcurementProcurement of auxiliary materials leveraging our unique global network

End‑to‑end procurement and logistics of auxiliary materials from Japan and overseas

Through our own procurement channels, we source a wide variety of auxiliary materials required for Monolithic Refractory installation, including anchors, bricks, and ceramic fiber products. By arranging everything from procurement to logistics in a single package, we significantly reduce the workload for our customers.Because we have an in‑house procurement function for auxiliary materials, we are able to respond with flexibility and speed.
In addition, by working closely with business partners in Asia, Europe, and North America, we have established highly competitive supply routes that balance quality and cost, ensuring a stable supply of auxiliary materials.

  • RC tiles
  • Hex Mesh
  • Stainless steel anchor
  • Ceramic Ferrule

工事 ConstructionDelivering reliable construction through expertise in safety, quality, and the environment.

  • Ensuring smooth project execution through rigorous safety management

We are certified under the ISO 45001 occupational health and safety management system, enabling us to carry out construction work safely and with peace of mind for our customers. From project start‑up through completion, we follow our safety manual rigorously and conduct site audits both in Japan and overseas.
In addition to regular safety patrols by our supervising headquarters, we hold online safety meetings and training sessions for partner companies, increasing communication frequency and reinforcing on‑site safety patrols so that we can pursue even higher levels of safety.
We also regularly host round‑table style project review, safety, and quality meetings with partner companies to share safety measures across the group and strengthen collaboration. Through these initiatives, we aim to create job sites where everyone can work with confidence.

  • Delivering high‑quality construction backed by extensive experience and strong organizational capabilities

Drawing on many years of accumulated experience and support for site supervisors provided by our Construction Committee Group, we consistently deliver high‑quality construction work.
Our senior staff regularly visit job sites and provide on‑the‑job training (OJT) to junior site supervisors. In addition, we hold regular supervisor training sessions where site supervisors share practical know‑how, helping to enhance knowledge and skills across the organization.
When unexpected issues arise, relevant departments quickly share information and work together to resolve problems, helping to maintain consistent and reliable construction quality.
