    Gunning

A clay-bonded plastic refractory for gunning applications, offering excellent resistance to thermal spalling.

    • It is supplied in a plastic, granulated form specifically for gunning applications.
    • When used with our proprietary HYRATE unit, it enables plastic refractory gunning using the HYRATE installation method.

    Main applications

    • High-temperature furnaces
    • Incinerators
    • Various industrial kilns and furnaces
  • THERVEK PAT
    Patching

A patching repair material with excellent adhesion.

    • Supplied in a workable, clay‑like consistency, softer than standard ramming plastics, and applied by hand patching (pressing into place).
    • Enables easy patch repairs of localized damaged areas in furnace linings.
    • After installation, initial adhesion is mechanical, but heating above 350°C sinters the material and significantly increases its strength.

    Main applications

    • Repair of various industrial kilns and furnaces
  • THERVEK RM
    Ramming

A clay‑bonded ramming plastic refractory with excellent resistance to thermal spalling.

    • Supplied in a clay‑like consistency, cut into 50mm‑thick slices.
    • Slices are placed into the formwork and densely rammed using an air rammer.
    • After installation, the lining is initially held in place by the clay’s plasticity, and final strength is developed through firing.

    Main applications

    • High-temperature furnaces
    • Various industrial kilns and furnaces
    • Incinerators
