THERVEK F
- Compared with conventional cement castable refractories, it achieves high flowability with less mixing water, allowing the material to be cast easily into forms without external vibration or rodding.
- Add the specified amount of water and mix in a mixer, then pour without vibration. When using free‑flow casting, appropriate formwork should be installed in advance.
- Thanks to the action of ultra‑fine particles, the required strength can be achieved within 24 hours at ambient temperature.

Key Features of the THERVEK™ F Series

Flow Casting Test of THERVEK™ F Castables
When casting into a U-shaped form like the one shown below, the material can be poured from one side and will fill uniformly all the way to the opposite side.
1. Start of casting
Start pouring THERVEK F.
2. During casting
During casting, the material flows naturally through the form.
3. Completion of casting
At the end of casting, the form is filled uniformly and satisfactorily.
