THERVEK AD
- This product is supplied as a dry powder blend of carefully selected refractory aggregates, ultra-fine raw materials, and a reduced amount of alumina cement.
- In operation, the dry mix is fed from the PLIMATE II material feeder and conveyed by compressed air to the Need Gun gunning machine, where water is added at the nozzle and the material is applied to the furnace wall. The PLIMATE II unit is equipped with a dosing system for accurate feeding of the powder binder.
- Thanks to the action of ultra‑fine particles, the required strength can be achieved within 24 hours at ambient temperature.
